Dwight Glover

Co-Founder / CEO

With over 30 years' experience in the Chemical, Metallurgical and Mining Industries, Dwight Glover co-founded ARC. Currently the President of Phibro-Tech, Inc (PTI), a subsidiary of Phibro Animal Health Corporation, Dwight oversees marketing and sales at ARC. In his prior positions Dwight served as Chief Operating Officer of The Prince Manufacturing Company, Chief Executive Officer and President of Evans Clay Company and Vice President Business Planning & Development for Chemetals.

Dwight has authored six technical papers on metallurgy, plus a chapter on Alloy Additives and Liquid Metal Treatment in the AFS Cupola Handbook and DIS Quality Control Manual, respectively. Winner of SFSA Gustav A. Lilliequist Award for outstanding paper on "The Dimensional Stability of Certain No-Bake Sands at Elevated Temperature". Co-editor of 1989 Handbook of Manganese Dioxide.

Dwight is a member of numerous technical and industry-related societies and is Member of Board of Directors and the immediate Past President of Société de Chimie Industrielle. Dwight holds an MBA, and a BS and MS in Metallurgical Engineering.

Robert L. Hodge

Co-Founder / Lab Director

Robert L. Hodge, Co-Founder / Lab Director of ARC, Inc., is a senior level scientist with over 25 years of experience in custom formulation development. He has specialized in creative formulation science, product synthesis, pilot to commercial scale-up, manufacturing, technical marketing and customer relation management for a wide variety of chemical based industries. He is extensively experienced in process development, process improvement, statistical and quality/assurance management.

In prior employment with Phibro-Tech, Inc. and PhibroWood, LLC Robert held key positions in R&D which provided him with a solid working knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state and federal levels. Robert's work also led to significant intellectual property development which listed him as inventor or co-inventor on numerous patents for the agricultural and wood preservative industries.

He has developed more than 40 commercial formulations covering diverse technologies including: aqueous suspensions, emulsifiable concentrates, micro-emulsions, dry flowables, dry prill, wettable powders, dispersable flakes, wettable clusters, solutions, sub-micron and near-nano particulate technology for the Household, Lawn and Garden, Agricultural, and Building Product markets.

Robert designed all of the proprietary manufacturing use and end use product formulations developed under contract with ARC, Inc. These products have proven to exceed performance and cost-effectiveness criteria of ARC, Inc. clients. Many of the methods of manufacture and formulations developed under contract have resulted in some of the most successful products utilized globally in a diversity of industries.
